Healthy Veggie Toast

1/2 cup grated carrots (

1/2 cup grated cabbage

1/2 cup Paneer mashed 1/4 cup cheese grated

1/2 cup finely chopped capsicums

2-3 green chillies finely chopped

Cracked black pepper

Salt to taste

A few black olives

2 tbsp mayonnaise

Squeeze out the juice from the carrots

Mix in all the above mentioned ingredients.

Fill them in slices of bread and make sandwiches Apply a thin layer of butter on the outside and toast in a sandwich toaster or a pan

Relish with a sauce or chutney of your choice
