Hara Chana Ka Saag.
Made by my cook Sangeeta. She made this exceptionally flavourful Saag Using minimum masalas.
2 cups packed Hara Chana Ka Saag
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
2 green chillies chopped
Salt to taste.
2 tsp MO
Wash and roughly chop the Saag . Heat a wok. Put in the Saag and salt. and cook till all the liquid dries up.
Now heat another wok. Add the MO and let it smoke.
Now add the onions , garlic and green chillies.
Cook till the onions are translucent.
Add in the Saag . Cook and mix it well.
It’s done now and it’s fantastic.
