Clean out the fridge spaghetti

2 spring onions chopped roughly

100 gms mushrooms cut into four

4-5 cherry tomatoes sliced

1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped into large pieces

1/4 cup yellow bell pepper chopped into large pieces

4-5 cloves garlic chopped

Hand full of basil

3-4 sprigs of thyme leaves pulled out

2 tbsp sliced olives

5-6 slices of pickles jalapeños

Oregano infused oil 2 tbsps.

Chilli flakes to taste

1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

2 tbsp parmesan cheese

2 cups spaghetti boiled el dente

Heat the oregano infused oil . Throw in the garlic,

Spring onions , herbs. Cook for a minute. Add all the veggies first the mushrooms cook for 2-3 minutes . Then the rest. Add the chilli flakes, pepper and salt , mix well add the spaghetti. Mix with tongs so that it mixes properly. Add the jalapeños and olives. Sprinkle some Parmesan and just dig in to a delicious meal. Yummmm . The best kinda spaghetti I’ve had in my entire life.
