Punjabi Pudina Chutney.

A lovely chatapata chutney. I call it Punjabi because a Punju neighbour of mine used to make it. We Marus never add anardana or onions at least not at my place.

1 cup packed Pudina Leaves

2-3 cloves garlic

1 onion chopped about 2 tbsp

2 -3 green Chillies

3/4 tsp anardana powder

Grind all the ingredients in a mixer with a little water. Enjoy it with Chillas, pakoras or on toast or Samosas.
