Little Millet Upma

1/2 cup Little Millet

1/4 cup roasted peanuts skinned

2 tsp ghee

1/4 tsp cumin

1-2 green chillies chopped

1 tsp minced ginger

A few curry leaves

1/4 tsp pepper powder

A few curry leaves

Handful of chopped coriander

Dash of lemon

Wash and soak the Millet for 2 hours

Boil in ample water for 7-8 mins.

When they puff up and crack drain and rinse again under running water.

(I had some leftover in the fridge from the previous day and it was absolutely fluffy and nice. )

Heat a wok.

Add the ghee.

Tip in the cumin and ginger. After it crackles add in the green chillies and curry leaves

Sauté for a few seconds.

Add in the peanuts. Mix.

Add in the Millet salt and pepper.

Mix it in the best way is to hold the wok with both

the hands and toss

Mix in the coriander and lemon juice.

Ahem .. Sit down to a delicious bowl of Upma.
