Raw Cocoa-Date-Himalayan Pink Salt and Chili flakes sugar free ice cream in a blender.

2 lts cow's milk gently boiled down to less than half, should be nice and thick. The trick is to keep stirring frequently while the milk is boiling on medium heat in a thick bottomed kadhai/wok. Once cool, run it through the blender to break up the cream clumps.
Blend together till smooth,14 medium sized soft and pitted dated , chopped.
6 tbsp very good quality cocoa
3/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Gently add to boiled milk and mix well.
Pour into a container and put in the freezer till almost frozen. Churn it up again in the blender to aerate and freeze and you are set to go!
