Buckwheat/ Kuttu Chilla 
Very simple and delicious. I love it when I’m fasting or even otherwise. Absolutely Satvik . Serve with a satwick green chutney or fried chillies. 

This amount makes about 6 chillas . 
1 cup buckwheat flour ( freshly ground )

3/4 cup grated cucumber

3-4 green chillies finely chopped 

1/4 tsp black pepper powder 


Water to make a batter 
Mix all the ingredients together and make a batter like pancakes. 

Spread a ladle full on a nonstick tava. 

Let it brown slightly on the underside. 

Sprinkle a little ghee . Flip and roast the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
