Parwal Ka Bharta / Mash
5-6 big Parwals 

1 medium onion

4-5 cloves of garlic

Green chillies 

Coriander fresh


Peel the Parwals

Take a big piece of aluminium foil

Place the Parwals , peeled onions and garlic cloves on the foil. 

Enclose the ingredients completely 

Bake in a hot oven for about 30 mins 

Remove cool. 

Mash up the Parwals with your fingers. 

If the seeds are hard discard them .

Mash the cloves too  

Chop up the onion roughly

Heat about 1/2 tbsp MO in a pan add in the chopped green chillies. Stir fry for a minute 

Add in the mashed Parwals and garlic. 

Add in the onions and salt. 

Mix it well. 

Remove from the stove 

Drizzle more MO if desired. 

Add the chopped coriander  

Serve with Roti / Dal Chawal.
