Baati wali kadi/ Bhujia Kadhi
This is a delicious kadhi which I love

1 1/2 cups curd

1 1/2 tbsp besan

1 tsp coriander pwd

1/2 tsp red chilli pwd

1 1/2 tsp crushed green chillies n ginger

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp methi

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

A pinch of hing
For the baati/ bhujia dough

3/4 cup besan

A pinch of hing

Red chilli powder and salt

1 tsp oil

Salt

Sprinkle water and mix till it all comes together like a soft sticky dough

Strain the curd n whisk in the besan. Add a cup of water. Heat a deep vessel. Pour this mixture in the vessel add the ginger green chilli paste, turmeric, red chilli pwd, and coriander pwd n keep stirring till it comes to a boil. Add a cup of water n let it cook.

Now take the slotted spatula in one hand and hold it over the kadhi. Be careful not to hold it very near the vessel or you may burn your hands.

Take a bit of the dough with the other hand and rub it against the spatula pressing it down so that it falls through like bits of noodles or bhujia.

Now add salt n cook for another 10-15 mins.

Heat a tadka PAN add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them crackle add the hing n n mix with a spoon. Add this in the kadhi and serve with hot rotis.
