Almond n Coconut Cookies ( Gluten Free)
1 cup almond flour

1 cup dessicated coconut

1 egg

4 tbsp oil

4 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp ginger powder/ 1 tbsp fresh ginger juice 

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 
Mix the almond flour, dessicated coconut, ginger and cinnamon powder. 

Mix in the oil, honey and egg to a dough like consistency 

Refrigerate for 30 mins 

Make small balls of the dough. 

Place them in a parchment paper lined

Baking sheet. 

Press with your palms to flatten them 

Bake in a preheated oven at 160• for about 20 minutes. 

Check to see if the underside is golden brown then the cookies are done 

Cool and store in an airtight jar.
