Methi Malai Paneer
Very quick, easy and delicious. Takes hardly 15 minutes to prepare. I’ve used kasoori methi here. 
200 gms Paneer cut into desired size

4 tbsp kasoori Methi /1 cup finely chopped fresh methi 

3 tbsp Malai/ 1/4 cup fresh cream

1/2 cup milk

8-10 cashews powdered

2 cloves, seeds of 1 black cardamom, 1/2″cinnamon crushed

1 bay leaf

1 tsp sugar optional

3/4 tsp white pepper pwd

Salt to taste 

2 tsps ghee
Heat the ghee in a wok/ Kadhai.

Add in the crushed spices and bay leaves

Cook for a minute 

Add in the Methi leaves and cook till wilted 

Add in the Malai cream and cook till it comes to a boil. 

Add in the powdered cashews. 

Add in the milk and white pepper powder

Bring to a boil stirring constantly. 

Mix in the sugar and paneer. 

Cook for 2-3 minutes 

Just before serving add the salt 
This dish shouldn’t be too salty. So go easy on it
