Skillet / Deep Dish Nutella Cookie 
This is a cross between a cookie and cake 

This must be the easiest to bake and the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve had In my entire life. 

Use an oven proof skillet if you have one 

Since I didn’t I used a Deep Dish . 
1 cup All Purpose flour( Maida)

100 gms butter at room temperature 

150 gms Khajur Gur grated/ crumbled

2 tsps vanilla extract

1/3 cup Nutella 

1 egg

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt 

1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix the butter and the finely crumbled Gur in a large bowl. 

Whisk with an electronic hand blender till fluffy. It’ll become a lovely golden colour paste. 

Add in the vanilla essence mix. 

Break an egg into this paste and whisk again till fully incorporated. 

Now add the flour ,baking powder ,and baking soda.

Fold it all in with a wooden spoon. 

Add in the chocolate chips and mix them in.

Line a skillet / Deep Dish with sheet of parchment paper

Spread half of the batter in it. 

Next spread the Nutella on the batter

Now spread the rest of the batter on the layer of Nutella. 

Drop some chocolate chips on the cookie batter . 

Bake in a hot oven at 170• for 25-30 mins. 

Remove. 

Let it cool down a bit. Now just dig in to this gooey , sticky decadent cookie.
