Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies#sikandalouscuisine

100 Grams Butter.
5 Tablespoons Oil.
75 Grams Gur / Jaggery
75 Grams Brown Sugar. Or just 150 gms Gur
100 Grams Flour.
125 Grams Oats.
1/2 Teaspoon Soda Bi Carb.
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder.
Pinch of Salt.
1/2 Cup/ Fistful of Chocolate Chips.
4 Tablespoons Desiccated Coconut.
Cream butter and oil with both gur and sugar , whisk in egg , then fold in all ingredients .Make small balls , lightly flatten , and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
