Papadi/Flat Beans/Saem ki Phalli ki Subzi 

500 gms Flat Beans

2 large onions chopped into large pieces 

2 tomatoes deseeded and roughly chopped

5-6 cloves garlic while

1/2 tsp jeera

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp saunf powder

1 1/2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp redchillipowder

1/2 tsp haldi powder

1 tsp Garam masalapowder 

2 tbsp mustard oil 
Wash , pat dry and String the beans. Break them open to seperate both the skins and reveal the beans inside. Donot discard the seeds . They are delicious 
Heat the MO in a wok 

Add the jeera and let it crackle .Add ginger 

Garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add the whole garlic cloves and onions and cook till the onions seem transparent. 

Add the in spices reserving the salt and Garam masala. Cook for a minute. Add the tomatoes and Add in the beans and toss and mix. Add the salt and stir the vegetable well. Lower the flame. Cover with a lid full of water and cook for about 10 mins. Remove the lid stir it well and cook covered again till the papdi is tender. 

Add in the Garam Masala cook for 2-3 more minutes. Serve this delicious veggie with hot rotis.
