Cheesy Green Pea Tarts
1 cup Fresh green Peas shelled

2 green chillies

1/2 tsp saunf powder( optional)


Cheese 1/2 mozrella and half cheddar grated

Few tiny pieces of tomatoes

A few pickled jalapeños chopped

Chilli flakes
Grind the Peas and green chillies in a mixie.

Mix in the salt, and saunf powder

Cook for a few minutes in a nonstick pan till some of the moisture evaporates and the mixture is easy to handle. Donot dry it out 

Make balls of the pea mixture and shape into small tarts. 
Mix all the ingredients of the filling and fill in the tarts. 
Bake in a hot oven for 5-7 mins or until the Cheese melts 

Can make it a day or two in advance and keep in the fridge.
