Roasted Salted Almonds/ Cashews 
No oil is used to make them so it is a very good option for Heath conscious people
200 gms Almonds 

1 1/2 tbsp water

1/2 tsp salt 
Pre heat the oven

Wipe the Almonds with a damp kitchen towel to remove the grime and dust
Take a large bowl tip in the water and salt.

Dissolve the sat completely. 

Add in the Almonds and mix with your hands so that each almond is coated with the salt water 

Place these Almonds on a baking sheet in one layer 

Bake in a hot oven at 120• for 10 mins 

Stir the Almonds in the tray from time to time. 

Bake for another 15-20 mins. 

Remove and cool 

Store in an airtight jar 

Crunchy Almonds full of Heath to enjoy as a small snack , with drinks or to sprinkle on salads . Carry while on the go. For lactating moms.
