Healthy Sandwhich
3/4 cup hung curd

1 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp mustard sauce 

1 cucumber deseeded n chopped finely

1 tomato deseeded n chopped finely

1/2 capsicum deseeded n chopped finely

1 tbsp onion chopped finely

1 green chilli chopped finely 

2 tbsp grated cheese

2 tbsp tomato ketchup 

1 tsp red chilli sauce 

Salt to taste
Mix all of this in the hung curd. Chill in the fridge. Cut the bread slices to the desired shapes. 

Put a thick layer of the dip on one slice of bread. Cover with the other slice and serve
