Money(oops)Maggie Bags
These Maggie Bags are pretty to look at and delightful to taste.

Can be made in a jiffy.

I’ve used Maggie for the filling but we can variate with cheese, paneer, mixed veggies, corn, mushrooms and even a samosa masala. Etc
Maggie masala 1 packet

A few wanton wrappers ( store bought)

Green chilli sauce

Salt

Hot and sour sauce ( by Chef Ranveer)

(I had some left over )
Hot and sour Sauce
For the Sauce

Heat the oil in a deep pan.

Add the garlic and sauté for a minute.

Then add the chopped tomatoes and fry for another minute.

Add the red chili powder and fry for 20 seconds then add the ketchup, vinegar and soy sauce and simmer for a minute.

When the oil seperatesand rises to the top, add the sugar, salt and 1/3rd cup water and stir well to combine. Turn up the heat and let it come to a boil.

Place the cornstarch in a small bowl and whisk in 2tbsp water till well combined.

Pour this into the sauce and stir to mix well.

Cook for 5-10 minutes till it thickens.

Check the seasoning and adjust as required.
Make Maggie as you like.

I just boil it in less than the required amount of water. Add a little more salt and

some green chilli sauce. Mix and let all the liquid completely dry up. Let it cool down

Take a wonton wrapper put a tbsp of Maggie in it. Enclose from all side like a potli.

Take thin strips of the wrapper about 1/2 cm thick and tie the mouth of the potli.

We could even use spring onion greens

Bake in an oven at 180• for about 5-7 mins or till a little brown n crisp. Serve with the sour and spicy sauce
