Satwik PalakMethi Paneer 
Made this dish with Zero Oil /ghee. 

It was delicious, try it . The Aroma due to the addition of methi was to die for 
2 cups chopped Palak 

3/4 cup chopped methi / 2 tbsp kasoori methi

150gms paneer 

1 large tomato 

1/4 tsp Garam masala pwd 

2 green chillies 

Salt  
Wash and drain the palak and methi leaves 

Roughly Chop the tomatoes and chillies

Add them to the palak methi 

Add 1/2 cup water and boil 

As the leaves become limp and tomatoes mushy. Remove cool 

Blend to a tough paste in a mixie 

Pour into a Kadhai and put to cook 

Chop the paneer and roast on a tawa till lightly browned on all sides 

Add to the palak methi and cook for five to six mins. Add salt and Garam masala cook. 

Enjoy with Sama jeera rice 
Sama Jeera Rice 
1/2 cup Sama chawal

1 tsp jeera 

2 tsps ghee

2 cloves

1/3 tsp Garam masala pwd 
Soak the Sama for 2-3 hours. 

Drain. 

Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the jeera and let it crackle. Add the cloves. Add the Sama stir fry till all the grains are coated with ghee. Add 1 cup of water add salt and Garam masala. 

Let it come to a boil. Simmer for 3-4 mins. Or till dry. 

Cover and leave for a few mins. 

Fluff up with a spoon / fork.
