Shakkarkand ke Galouti Kebab

The tastiest veg kebabs I must say. 
300 GMs shakkarkand ( sweet potato)boiled/ I steamed 

1/2 tbsp desi ghee

1/2 tsp red chilli pwd

1/3 tsp Garam masala pwd 

1 tsp fried almond pwd ( I used almond pwd)

2 drops rose water( I didn’t add)

A few drops saffron water

1/4 tsp rose petals crushed 

Salt to taste. 
Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into small chunks . 

Heat the ghee in a pan add the sweet potatoes and red chilli pwd and bhuno till slightly crisp. 

Cool . Mash. 

Add the rest of the ingredients. 

Form into balls and slightly flatten to give a shape like kebabs. Roast on a tawa till a nicely browned and crisp on the outside 

Serve with jeera curd and aloo roasted aloo ka papar
