Zunka Thencha n Jowari chi Bhakri ( Roti)

100 GMs chickpea flour

1 onion chopped

1 tomato chopped

1″ ginger chopped

2-3 green chillies chopped

3-4 cloves garlic chopped

1/2 tsp red chilli pwd 

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric pwd 

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp heeng

1 tbsp oil

1-2 sprigs of curry patta

Handful chopped coriander 
Make a thin batter of the Besan n keep aside for about 1/2 n hour

Heat the oil, add the heeng n mustard seeds as the mustard seeds start spluttering add the curry patta, onion, ginger, garlic, n green chillies n sauté till the onions are translucent Add the tomatoes , salt , turmeric, red chilli led n cook till the tomatoes are mushy . 

Add the Besan batter n cook on a medium flame stirring constantly till it is dryish n fluffy. ( the consistency can be kept a little pasty too )

Serve immediately with Bhakhri n Thencha

8-10 cloves garlic peeled

5-6 green chillies

Salt to taste

1 tsp oil

1 tbsp peanuts( optional)

Heat the oil sauté the peanuts, garlic n green chillies for 2-3 mins 

Cool n mix salt . 

Pound roughly in a mortar n pestle
