A very delicious gujju Farsan 

Healthy light and gluten free 

Easy to make. 
1 cup rice flour

2 1/2 cups water

1 /2 tsp jeera

1 tsp crushed or minced green chillies

1/8 tsp soda bi carb

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

3-4 cloves garlic minced( optional)

2 tsp Methiyo ( a gujju red chilli n methi masala 
In a large vessel pour in the water . Keep to boil. Add the jeera and green chillies 

As it starts boiling add the sesame, soda and garlic. Add the flour and stir quickly with a whisk so that no lumps are formed. 

The paste will come together quickly and resemble a soft dough . 
Keep a greased plate ready for steaming

Put the cooked rice flour dough in the plate and pat it and spread 

Steam it for 10-12 mins. 

Scoop up with a spoon and serve in individual bowls or just cut them up like dhoklas . 

Roast a 1/2 tsp of sesame in a tadka PAN and add the oil to it. Pout it over the steamed Khichu. Sprinkle some methiyo over it / red chilli pwd .
