Green Peas Chila

A wonderful lady n cook who’s too shy to post . So I took it upon myself.
Thank you (SUKU )for sharing this lovely recipe with me.
This was a delicious Chilla

1/2 cup green peas
1/4 cup coriander chopped
2 green chillies
1/2″ pc ginger
2 cloves garlic

Grind the above to a smooth paste

1/4 cup Besan
A pinch of hing
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp carrom seeds
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Garam masala pwd

Mix all these ingredients in the Besan
Add the paste and water to form a nice batter like as for Chila
Heat a tawa/ skillet.
Add a ladleful of the batter n gently spread it around . Cook for 2-3 mins. Sprinkle some ghee or oil all around. Lift the edges with a spatula n then completely lift the Chilla n flip. Cook on the other side
Serve with a chutney of your choice.
