Dahi Kheera Toast
Hung curd 3/4 cup
3/4
cup cucumber grated ( water squeezed out)
2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
2 green chillies chopped
1/4 tsp Kasundi ( mustard )
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Bread slices
Black pepper cracked 1/3 tsp
Serve with a mint chutney

A little rai
A few curry leaves
Melted butter/ olive oil

Mint chutney
1 cup mint leaves ( pudina)
2-3 green chillies
1/2 raw mango ( peeled)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic ( optional)
Grind all the ingredients in a grinder n keep aside
For the toast ;
Mix all the ingredients together n apply a thick layer on a slice of bread cover with another slice. On a tawa pour 1/2 a teaspoon of melted butter and 1/8 tsp rai. A few leaves of curry patta. N immediately keep the sandwhich on it press a little and when it starts turning brown flip n toast on the other side. Cut n serve with the mint sauce
