Stacked Pancakes
11/2 cups besan
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp carrom seeds
1 tsp red chilli pwd
2 green chillies choppe
1/2 tsp heeng
Salt to taste
Make the batter n keep aside

Filling one
Hung curd 1 cup
Onion 1 med chopped
Green chillies2-3 chopped
Pudina 1tbsp chopped

Filling 2
Potatoes 3-4 boiled
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Onion1 chopped
Chilli pwd1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Filling three
Green chutney
Grind coriander n 3-4 green chillies with salt
Mix in a tsp of lemon juice
Mix in grated coriander
Grated fresh coconut

Ketchup , chilli garlic chutney , green chutney , sev, grated fresh coconut, Alu ka lachcha

Heat a non stick skillet n pour s ladle FIL of batter. Make a chilla of about 3″ in diameter . Make three of the same size
Place one chilla on the serving plate n coat the top with a layer of the grated coconut paste.
Place the second chilla on it a spread the potato mix on it
Place the third chilla n coat it on all sides with the curd mix
Top it with ketchup, green chutney , chilli garlic chutney
Can be garnished with the other condiments if desired

Green chutney
100 gms
2-3 green chillies chopped
5-6 peanuts
Juice of half a lemon
Blende it all in a blender

1 pod Garlic
5-6 whole red chillies soaked
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Amchoor
Blend it al in a blender
