Corn Cutlets( guilt free)
I made these in the Appe pan. And honestly I was a bit apprehensive that they might remain a little undercooked from the inside. But to my surprise they were very well cooked n delectable.

1/2 cup potatoes boiled n mashed
2 tbsp maida
1 tbsp rice flour
1/2 cup sweet corn fresh
2-3 green chillies chopped
Salt to taste

Blitz the sweet corn in the grinder so it just about gets broken
Mix together all the above ingredients
Make into balls large enough to fit into the Appe pan cavities . Cover with a cling film Keep in the fridge for about an hour . Heat a Appe Pan. Pour just 1-2 drops of olive oil in each cavity n put one ball of the prepared mix in the cavities. Cover with a lid and reduce the flame. Cook till a nice golden brown. Flip cover and cook again
Repeat with the rest of the mix. Serve with a dip or sauce of your choice
