Eggless Kiwi Soufflé

400 GMs Rich whipping cream
3-4 tbsp pwd sugar( as much sweet as needed)
4 kiwis puréed
2tbsp gelatine
2 tsps corn flour
1-2 kiwis sliced for decoration

Bloom the gelatine in 1/2 cup water
Chill the whipping cream thoroughly n beat it till fluffy with a hand blender on a bed of ice.
Dissolve the sugar in the puréed kiwi reserving about 3 tbsp puree for the glaze
Dissolve the gelatine by heating it in a microwave for 20 seconds or in a double boiler. Mix it in the puréed kiwi . Keep to set in the freezer. For about an hour. When semi set run a whisk in it to break it up Fold it in the whipped cream n keep to set in the freezer for about 30 mins and then shift it to the lower self of the fridge until set
Mix in 2 tbsps water in the reserved Kiwi puree’ n corn flour n Heat until it gets a little thickish. Add 1 drop of green colour. Spread it on the set pudding. Decorate with slices of Kiwi . Chill n serve
