Moong daal pakoras

We indulged today and how !!!

1 cup yellow moong daal soaked for an hour ( drain water completely after an hour )
1/2″ piece ginger
1 tsp hing
Grind all the above coarsely without using water . To the above mixture add 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tbsp hot oil , salt to taste , 1 tbsp chopped green chillies , 1 tbsp whole coriander seeds , some chopped coriander leaves . Make pakoras and deep fry them in hot oil .
I served them with a fresh coriander chutney
Instead of chilli pwd I used chilli flakes
And the only other thing I used 1 tsp of fennel. (Saunf)
