Made a mix vegetable , which my daughter said that it tasted very much like an indianised version of ratatouille Well I have no name for it

Zucchini 1/2
100gms carrots
100gms beans
150gms broccoli broken into florets
1 green capsicum

For the purée 1/2 kg tomatoes
4-5 cloves of garlic
2-3 dry red chillies
10-12 cashew nuts
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 bay leaf
2 tsps of poppy seeds
1 onion chopped
Chop all the veggies into big peices. Reserve the zucchini n capsicum and blanch the rest of the veggies n strain reserve the strained water
In the meanwhile in a pan put in the ingredients for the purée with 2 cups of water n boil. Let it simmer for 5-7 mins. After it cools down throw away the bay leaf and blend
In a wok put in 2 tsps of butter a little garlic paste and sauté the capsicums n zucchini for about 2 mins . Doo not cook , put in the purée as it comes to a boil throw in the rest of the veggies mix it well. Add the strained water if needed let it boil for two to three mins. Serve with rice or roti of your choice
