Spicy Kathal Masala

Deep Fried Kathal Pcs 250g

Bay Leaf 1
Cloves 2-3
Cinnamon 1/2”
Black Cardamom 2
Shah Jeera 1/2 Tsp
Onion Chopped 3
Tomatoes Chopped 2
Garlic Chopped 2 Tsp
Ginger Chopped 1 Tsp
Green Chillies Chopped 3-4
Whisked Yogurt 2-3 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 Tsp
MDH Meat Masala 1.5 Tsp ( tandoori chicken masala)
Green Cardamom Pwd 1/4 Tsp
Salt
Mustard Oil
Chopped Coriander Leaves A Handful

Method:
Smoke Mustard oil and cool a bit. Add the whole spices. When aromatic,add the Garlic and fry till Garlic turns Golden. Add the Chopped Onions and fry till Dark Brown. Add the Chopped Ginger and Green Chillies and fry for a minute. Add Salt and the Chopped Tomatoes and Bhuno well till Oil separates. Add the Whisked Yogurt and the Powder Masalas except the Green Cardamom Pwd and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on High,adding water if masala is too dry. Add the Kathal Pieces and the Chopped Coriander Leaves ,Green Cardamom Pwd and about half a cup of Hot water and mix well. Cook for a few minutes so Kathal Absorbs the Flavours and the Masala is Thick. Take off Flame .
