Panipuri Pani (in a jiffy)

This is a no cook panipuri pani that can be made under 10 minutes

2-3 kairis( raw mangoes)250 gms
3-4 green chillies ( can take more or less)
1/4 cup coriander chopped
1/8 cup of mint leaves chopped
1 tsp salt regular
2 tsps black salt
1 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera( cumin pwd)
1 1/2 litres chilled water

Peel the kairis n chop up . Put them in a blender with the green chillies and a little water and grind to a fine paste ad the coriander and mint leaves n a little about 1/2 the water and blend for a minute again
Pour in a large bowl . Add the cumin powder and salts. Stir in the rest of the water and we are done.
Enjoy with Panipuri / Golgappe/gup chup / phulki etc or even just enjoy it like a tangy drink like i did
