Cheese n Carrot Rolls

Bread slices 4-5
Carrot I large grated
Cheese1 tbsp grated
1 tbsp coconut grated ( fresh optional)
1-2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp thick sour cream/ hung curd dip( I had leftover )
Salt sparingly
Mustard pwd 1/2 tsp
Pepper pwd1/4 tsp

Sour cream( ideally made with cream ) I used hung curd+ cream
3/4 cup hung curd
2 tbsp cream
1 clove garlic smashed
Whisk the hung curd n cream till smooth mix in the smashed garlic

In 2 tbsp of the sour cream mix I the mayonnaise n the rest of the ingredients , reserve

Cut the crusts of the bread slices. Roll each slice of bread with a rolling pin , with a little pressure so that the bread becomes like a flat sheet. Spread a nice thick layer of the filling , gently roll it like a Swiss roll place on a tray n cling , chill in the fridge n serve with ketchup ./ bake n serve

These rolls can be made a week in advance n frozen in the freezer
