3 mangoes ( I used Alphonso )
8 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Slice the Mangoes from the broader sides
Make thin slits vertically n horizontally. Scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Scrape out the pulp stuck on the seed with a spoon too. Tip the entire pulp in a thick bottomed SS vessel. Add the sugar n lemon juice. Cook till it starts bubbling. Reduce the flame an cook stirring from time to time. In about 10 minutes it will all come to gether a will get a sheen to it. Cool n fill in a glass jar.
