No Churn Mango Icecream
Creamy , delightful n every mouthful is like a dream.

1 ltr Tropolite whipping cream
1/2 can condensed milk
5-6 Alphonso Mangoes
Chill the whipping cream very well
In the meanwhile , peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces
Beat the chilled cream with an electric whisk( it won’t take long if the cream is chilled well.)till stiff. Fold in the condensed milk an mangoes.
Scrape it into a bowl preferably an aluminium tin
Freeze in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for a few hours
Enjoy a bowlful of the lovely decadent mango ice cream
