No bake chocolate Mango pie

Crushed bourbon buscuits / leftover chocolate sponge
Mango 2 cut into cubes
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp lemon
2 tsps caster sugar
200 GMs chocolate
200 ml cream

Crumble the cake n press into a greased pie
Tin/ dish
If using biscuits. Crush the biscuits mix in 1 tbsp butter n press into a pie tin
Mix the sugar lemon juice n ginger in the Mango
Spread on the layered base . The pie tin should not be more than 3/4 full
Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove n mix with a wooden spoon. Mix in the cream. Heat the chocolate again for 10-12 seconds give another gentle mix n pour it over the mangoes. Chill
