Moongodi Noodle Shots

Moong dal yellow 1 cup
Heeng 1 tsp
Whole red chillies crushed ( seeds removed)4-5
Fennel seeds11/2 tsp
Coriander seeds1 tbsp
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste

Soak the dal for 2-3 hrs. Drain n grind it in the grinder with minimum water
Add all the other ingredients n make pakoras of the desired size. N deep fry in hot oil.

Boil the noodles al Dente. Heat oil in a wok add a spoon of crushed garlic add the noodles n little salt . Reserve

Green chutney
1 cup coriander leaves
3-4 green chillies
Grind in a blender add 2 tsps lemon juice

Raw mango chutney
1 raw mango peeled n diced
3-4 green chillies
2 tsps sugar
1 tsp jeera
Grind in a grinder

Tamarind chutney
1/4 cup tamarind paste
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp coriander pwd
1/2 tsp ginger pwd
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp red chilli pwd
Mix with 2 tbsp water n cook till thick

Do as in the picture n serve in individual shot glasses or small bowls
