Gawarphalli kadhi( cluster beans)

I’m on a zero oil cooking spree n have realised cooking with no oil or just a few drops is quite easy. I made zero oil stuffed Parwal( Pointed Gourd) n Capsicum Paneer n believe me they were both truly delicious. Today I made this kadhi n it was fab too. I’ve even started adding sprouted methi to a lot of my dishes
200 GMs tender Gawarphalli
1 1/2 cups curd
1 1/2 tbsp besan
1 tsp coriander pwd
1/2 tsp red chilli pwd
1 1/2 tsp crushed green chillies n ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp sprouted methi
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
A pinch of hing

Chop both ends of the Gawarphalli and discard. Chop into the desired size. Boil in ample water with a pinch of Haldi n salt till cooked but yet firm ( about 7-8 mins ) discard the water. Reserve

Strain the curd n whisk in the besan. Add a cup of water. Heat a deep vessel. Pour this mixture in the vessel add the ginger green chilli paste, turmeric, red chilli pwd, and coriander pwd n keep stirring till it comes to a boil. Add the boiled Gawarphalli and 1/2 a cup of water n let it cook on sim for about 10 mins. Add the sprouted methi and salt n cook for another 5-7 mins . Heat a tadka PAN add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them crackle add the hing n n mix with a spoon. Add this in the kadhi and serve with hot rotis.
